Is there a minimum amount for the cleaning?

We do not believe in minimum amounts. Every client and every job is of equal importance to us, so don’t hesitate to contact us for any washing and cleaning service you need.

The cleaning service I need is not listed, is it possible to arrange a new service?

Certainly, we are versatile and always eager to learn and improve, so there is a great possibility that we offer some service regardless of the fact that it is not currently listed on the website.

What does basic cleaning mean?

Basic cleaning of the home includes: wiping dust from all visible surfaces, vacuuming floors and carpets, washing floors, washing and disinfecting the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and wiping the kitchen elements from the outside, sorting and throwing away garbage.*
*The service does not include moving furniture.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or any tools?

We provide all cleansers and equipment. If you want your cleansers or equipment to be used, you must indicate this in advance.
Also, if we do not use our own cleansers, we cannot guarantee a 100% excellent service.

What does extreme cleaning mean and how long does it take to clean an apartment?

Extreme cleaning includes cleaning spaces where people with hoarders syndrome reside. Cases of extreme cleaning are always different, so it is difficult to determine the duration of the service. However, we guarantee your satisfaction, because we will not leave the premises until you are 100% satisfied.

Such cleaning jobs usually last between 24-48 hours. We ask you to provide the key, explain what can and cannot be thrown away and provide any other relevant information. After that, it is necessary to leave the area so that it can be thoroughly cleaned with chemicals and professional equipment.

In most cases it is better if only the cleaning team is present. Just leave us your entry key and we’ll take over.
